Cosverse AI – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using Cosverse AI or any related services operated by CosAura AI Labs Private Limited (“CosAura,” “we,” “our,” “Company”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. About the Company
   Cosverse AI is owned and operated by CosAura AI Labs Private Limited, registered in India. All rights, branding, design systems, and platform infrastructure belong to CosAura AI Labs Private Limited.

3. Service Usage

3.1 Account Registration
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Protect your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all actions under your account
• Be at least 18 years old

3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
• Break any local or international laws
• Create harmful, violent, abusive, or illegal content
• Upload harmful code or exploit vulnerabilities
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misuse AI outputs for deception, fraud, or harm
• Use the Services for spam, harassment, or malicious activity

CosAura may monitor usage solely for abuse detection and platform safety.

4. Data Handling, Privacy, and File Storage

4.1 File Storage
• Cosverse AI does NOT store your uploaded files, documents, or images on company servers
• Files you upload are stored only in your browser’s local Blob storage
• We cannot view, access, or retrieve your files
• Clearing browser cache or closing the session may remove the files automatically

4.2 User Data
• Only minimal account data is collected for login, billing, and platform functionality
• Data is not sold or shared with external parties
• You may request data deletion at any time
• AI chat data may be processed for safety and performance improvement

5. Subscription Plans and Access

5.1 Plan Types
• Free Plan
• PRO Plan
• Super PRO Plan

5.2 Plan Features
Free Plan: Basic AI models, limited usage and features
PRO Plan: Access to all GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other PRO‑grade AI models; image generation; image editing; higher limits
Super PRO Plan: Maximum limits, fastest response speeds, premium image models, extra credits, priority access

5.3 Credits
• Image generation and image editing require credits
• 1 credit equals 1 generated or edited image
• Credits may have usage limits and may not roll over unless specified
• Users are responsible for monitoring credit usage

5.4 Billing and Renewals
• Plans renew automatically
• Upgrades apply immediately
• Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle
• Taxes may be applied depending on your region

5.5 Strict No Refund Policy
• All purchases are final
• No refunds for subscription renewals, credits, or accidental purchases
• No refunds for dissatisfaction or unused time
• Refunds are issued only where required by Indian law

6. Service Limits
   • AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate
   • Models may be rate‑limited or unavailable depending on system load
   • We may restrict usage to maintain platform stability and safety
   • Users must independently verify critical information

7. Intellectual Property
   • All technology, software, designs, branding, and platform content are the property of CosAura AI Labs Private Limited
   • Users may use AI‑generated content subject to applicable laws
   • Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or exploitation of the platform is prohibited
   • Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback provided by users become Company property

8. Limitation of Liability
   • Services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available”
   • CosAura is not responsible for damages arising from reliance on AI output
   • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
   • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months

9. Termination of Services
   We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
   • Violate these Terms
   • Abuse or exploit the platform
   • Pose security or safety risks

No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.

10. Modifications to Terms
    • We may update these Terms at any time
    • Continued use after updates indicates acceptance
    • Important changes will be announced on the platform or by email

11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
